Todolix in AI Apps
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app to Todolix, and it works in your lists directly. Ask what is on today, plan your week, or turn a long message into to-dos, and they are in Todolix right away, on all your devices.
The Address
Every AI app connects to the same address:
https://mcp.todolix.app/mcp
When the AI app asks, sign in with your Todolix account and choose Allow.
Claude
- On claude.ai, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add Custom Connector.
- Name it Todolix and enter the address above.
- Choose Connect, sign in with your Todolix account and allow access.
The connector then works in the Claude apps on your phone and computer too. In Claude Code, run claude mcp add --transport http todolix https://mcp.todolix.app/mcp and sign in through /mcp.
ChatGPT
In ChatGPT’s settings, add a new connector (under Apps & Connectors) with the address above, then sign in when asked. Depending on your ChatGPT plan, custom connectors may need developer mode to be switched on first.
Other Apps
Any app that supports MCP connectors with sign-in can use Todolix: enter the address and sign in.
What the AI App Can Do
- See your lists, areas, projects and to-dos, including what is done.
- Add to-dos with dates, deadlines, reminders, tags, checklists and repeats, and put them in a project or area.
- Change, complete, reopen and delete to-dos.
- Add projects, lists, areas and headings.
It acts only when you ask it to. Most AI apps ask before they change or delete something; Todolix also tells them to.
Good to Know
- Changes appear on your devices the next time they sync, usually within seconds.
- A reminder set by an AI app goes off once one of your devices has synced it.
- You can disconnect an AI app at any time in the Todolix app, under Settings. Its access ends at once.
